July 14 South Africa (Fairview) form analysis
-
RACE 1 (1,200M) (1) CASINO KING is having his first taste of the Fairview Polytrack. He does set the standard for the race.
(5) OLIVE OYL has been unlucky not to have won a race by now and should be right there in the finish once again.
(6) WALTZING DOLL makes her debut. Keep an eye on her betting.
(2) LARIUS LACUS was not beaten far in his three starts in KwaZulu-Natal and should be a threat.
RACE 2 (1,200M) Visiting trainer Justin Snaith has many decent chances on the card but (8) THE ROARING ROCK could be the best of them. He has yet to finish in the first four, but was not beaten far in some fair fields in the Western Cape, and that form usually holds up well.
(7) BLIND FAITH ran a cracker on a soft track at Kenilworth in February. Returning from a break after transferring to Juan Nel's yard.
(1) FLIGHT ENGINEER has been a disappointment in 2025 but does have a winning chance.
(3) PRINCE ANTONIO showed improvement after a stable change and should fight out the finish.
