I am writing to express my concern regarding the implementation of the Ministry of Health's "Go Paperless" initiative for payment receipts at healthcare institutions.

While I understand the intent to modernise and streamline administrative processes, this measure has inadvertently created difficulties for seniors who may not be digitally savvy or equipped to download electronic documents as proof of medical treatment.
