Death of student in Sabah: 5 teens to be charged in Zara Qairina case

Five teenagers will be charged on Aug 20 in connection with the bullying case of 13-year-old Zara Qairina Mahathir, said Malaysian Attorney-General Mohd Dusuki Mokhtar.

He added that the teenagers will be brought before the Kota Kinabalu Juvenile Court.
"Those who will be charged are under the age of 18," he was quoted as saying by news outlet Bernama.
Tan Sri Mohd Dusuki said the teenagers involved will be charged under Section 507C(1) of Malaysia's Penal Code, relating to the offence of using or making threatening, abusive or insulting words or communication.
