Actor-singer Desmond Ng is now married

Singaporean actor-singer Desmond Ng got married on March 28.
In an Instagram post that day, the 37-year-old Mediacorp artiste revealed that his wife is Kanny Theng, 38, a local actress and host with Singapore-based entertainment company King Kong Media Production.
The couple have been dating for about 10 years, and met through mutual friends.
He proposed on Jan 9, 2024, near the top of the Seven Star Mountain at Taiwan's Yangmingshan National Park, during a trip with about 20 friends.
Knowing that she did not want an engagement ring, he got down on one knee and popped the question with a steel Cartier watch that she had been eyeing for some time, and a bouquet of roses.
