With the resurgent Super Giants aiming to end their season with a win, Bengaluru will need to be cautious
Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) will head into their final league encounter against the unpredictable Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) at the Ekana Stadium in Lucknow on Tuesday with both hope and caution.
Keen to wrap up a disappointing season on a high note, the home side will be equally motivated to put up a strong show before bowing out.
The back-to-back losses for Gujarat Titans have reopened the race for a top-two finish, offering RCB a rare opportunity. Currently third with 17 points, a win against LSG could see them break into the top two for the first time since 2016, giving them an additional advantage, where a victory in Qualifier 1 sends them directly to the final, while a loss still gives them a second shot in Qualifier 2.
