Man gets 20 years jail for raping a minor

The Additional District and Session Judge Fast Track special Court under POCSO Act in Baripada Santosh Kumar Nayak on Wednesday sentenced one Rabinarayan Bhuyan to 20 years rigorous imprisonment after holding him guilty of kidnapping and raping a 16-year-old girl.
The Court also imposed a fine Rs.20,000 and in default one year of further judicial custody. The Court further issued an order to the District Legal Service Authority to provide Rs. 3 lakh compensation to the victim.
