PM Shri Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV), Koraput has been accorded the prestigious Five-Star rating under the Green Rating for Integrated Habitat Assessment (GRIHA) for Existing Schools.
KORAPUT, 15 APRIL: PM Shri Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV), Koraput has been accorded the prestigious Five-Star rating under the Green Rating for Integrated Habitat Assessment (GRIHA) for Existing Schools.
This certification is a joint initiative by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), Government of India, and The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI). The award remains valid till March 2030, confirmed the school's principal, Ms Milani Mitra. It was a moment of pride for the school for being one among the seven schools selected out of 115 JNVs in Bhopal region and competing with 661 JNVs in the country.
