India’s growth outlook remains resilient, supported by domestic drivers, despite weak external demand. It is likely to get further support from a favourable monsoon, lower inflation, monetary easingand thesalubrious impact of recent GST reforms, the RBI said on Wednesday.
Althoughthegrowth projection for the financial year 2025-26 is being revised upwards, “the forward-looking projections for Q3and beyond are expected tobeslightly lowerthan projected earlier, primarily due to tariff-related developments, despite being partially offset by the impetus provided by the rationalisation of GST rates,’ according tothe minutes ofthe Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) meeting held from 29 Sept-1 Oct, & r
