|January 29, 2026
SUSPENDED Police Minister, Senzo Mchunu, has denied coercing Witness E to lie in his favour, and said he's willing to make a comeback to the Madlanga Commission to give another side of his story.
On Monday, Witness E told the commission that Mchunu personally tried to coax him into lying under oath, producing an audio recording as evidence.
An undercover police officer, Witness E, said Mchunu sought to manipulate evidence to falsely implicate Crime Intelligence head, Lt-Gen. Dumisani Khumalo.
