AT the age of 17 Joel 'Shelley' Sheldon may well be the youngster barber to have own his own business in the city.
The talented teenager began his career when he was just 14 after helping out at a shop on a Saturday.
Now Joel has launched Shelley's Cuts in Penkhull. He also offers discounted haircuts for students on weekdays. After leaving school, he studied barbering at Stoke-on-Trent College before working in Burslem’s Alter Ego in Burslem for two years
