Defender Hall admits Valiants have left themselves with a mountain to climb in safety mission
ONE THAT GOT AWAY: Connor Hall says Port Vale missed a great chance to pick up a vital win at Blackpool in Tuesday's League One encounter.
CONNOR Hall concedes it's a case of 'now or never' for Port Vale if they are to launch a bid for League One safety.
The Valiants were beaten 3-2 at fellow strugglers Blackpool on Tuesday night - despite leading twice.
The result leaves Vale rock-bottom of the table and 14 points from safety with just 11 matches remaining.
They would arguably need to win seven of those if they are to give themselves a chance of avoiding an immediate return to the bottom tier.
But defender Hall isn't about to throw in the towel, although their hopes of a much-needed win will be tested on Saturday when promotion-chasing Bolton visit Vale Park.
