SANDON’S bowlers rose to the occasion to help them to victory in a low-scoring NSSCL Division Five clash at Stone SP thirds.
The prospects didn’t look good for Sandon after they were bundled out for just 81 in the first half of Saturday’s contest.
N Shamsudeen top-scored with 26, while F McGinlay (16) and S Kahakachchi (11) also made their way into double figures.
A Jones and P Clelow picked up 5-13 and 3-23 respectively for the home side.
