More than 120 homes are set to be built
PLANS are in the pipeline to build 122 new homes on fields between Hem Heath and Blurton.
Keepmoat Homes is behind the proposals for greenbelt land at the rear of Magdalen Road.
The housebuilder has launched a public consultation before it submits a planning application to the city council. The consultation runs from October 10 to 24.
It comes after it emerged earlier this year that controversial plans to build up to 119 new homes on the land - lodged before the covid pandemic - had been scrapped.
