EXCITED Matt Hancock has praised the part fans have played this season at Port Vale but has warned them against entering the pitch after matches.
The chief executive, above, understands all too well the feeling of expectation building at Vale Park with automatic promotion and a League Two title triumph in tantalising reach.
And while he has called upon supporters to enjoy every moment while they can, one of his concerns is avoiding club fines.
He explained on Port Vale TV: "We do understand the emotions that happen at this stage of the year.
