MORE than 100 apartments at Stoke-on-Trent’s Goods Yard have been snapped up, as its developers say demand is going through the roof.
LIFESTYLE: Many new inhabitants are incorporating the on-site gym, inset, into their daily routine, says Goods Yard developer Capital&Centric.
Close to 200 people - plus plenty of four-legged friends - now call it home as more than 115 of the 175 properties have been let as a new community begins to thrive.
Many are incorporating the onsite gym into their daily routine, and the mini cinema has become a quirky favourite for movie nights.
The café-bar is buzzing and more food and drink operators are set to open in the ground floor this year.
