Moore is now merrier in his big Vale role, insists owner

VALE manager Darren Moore is 'more relaxed' than when he first joined, according to owner Carol Shanahan.
Moore has already overseen a relegation and then a promotion in his short tenure at the club.
Speaking to BBC Radio Stoke, she said: “What I am seeing is a more relaxed Darren to when he first came.
“He had a heck of a mess to sort out.
“He doesn't like losing at all and that last third of the season when he joined we did lose quite a lot and he really didn’t like that at all.
“He's played and managed in all four leagues so he has got a wealth of experience, he knows everybody and when you can work with him and just trust him he will take you on a journey as well.
“He will speak to me and say ‘this is why’ because sometimes you look at a decision and think ‘what on earth?’ and then when you talk to him ‘ah, I get it’.
“But then he will do that to me. I'll make a decision and he'll say ok what's the background to that and it's a seeking to understand. It's not a criticism.
