Disruption for drivers as gas work begins

DRIVERS are facing diversions after work began in a city road that has been made one-way.
Cadent gas engineers are in Norton, where restrictions mean only motorists travelling from the Endon Road, Ford Green Road junction can use Knypersley Road. Those coming from Ball Green are being diverted through the housing estate.
Neighbours say the road has been ‘rammed’ because of the work, with concerns also raised that some drivers are treating it ‘like a race track’
