Traslacion preparations on track – CBCP

Preparations for the Traslacion of the Black Nazarene on Jan. 9 are on schedule, the Catholic Bishops' Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) said yesterday.
“We prepared as early as August and we have timelines. Our programs are being followed properly and our final coordination and instructions to government agencies are still ongoing, especially to the police,” CBCP Commission on Public Affairs executive secretary Fr. Jerome Secillano told radio dzMM.
“So, generally, everything is fine so far,” he added, noting that the route of the Traslacion is still the same.
