MMDA Launches App to Check NCAP Violations

Motorists traversing major highways in Metro Manila can now check online if they have committed traffic violations under the no-contact apprehension policy or NCAP.
The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) yesterday launched the "May Huli Ka" website for NCAP violators.
MMDA Chairman Romando Artes said the website mayhulika.mmda.gov.ph can be accessed through cell phones, tablets, and computers.
Once on the website, Artes said motorists need to type their license plate or conduction sticker number as well as the motor vehicle file number.
