Megaworld Expands Binondo Mall's Retail Space

Property builder Megaworld Corp. has expanded the retail space of its Binondo mall to welcome more locators that can serve the growing foot traffic in the district.

Megaworld yesterday announced the opening of the Imperial Wing in Lucky Chinatown, adding more spaces to cater to tenants who want to invest on this side of Manila.

The Imperial Wing adds three levels of retail spaces to the mall, raising its gross leasable area to 36,000 square meters.

The expansion is linked to the main wing of the mall through the Chinatown Walk on the ground floor and air-conditioned walkways on the second and third levels. It also has direct access to the Chinatown Museum and is located behind the Lucky Chinatown Hotel.
