LET'S MEAT AT FLAME
The Philippine Star
|July 03, 2025
From the Dry-Aged Rib Eye to Short Loin, to Short Ribs Kare-Kare baked in Josper oven down to Vietnamese staples like beef salad and beef soup, beef lovers have all the more reason to "meat" at Flame until July 7.
Discovery Primea, in collaboration with Canada Beef, holds "Fire & Flavor: A Culinary Collaboration," a month-long culinary treat featuring the goodness of the distinct character of Canadian beef.
Flame executive chef Luis Chikiamco and his team crafted a limited-time menu that not only showcases the chef's culinary craftsmanship, the layered flavors of Canada Beef, but also the quiet joy of savoring what good food is truly about.
"This collaboration comes to life through a menu that honors the richness, versatility, and signature flavor of Canadian beef — and gives it the spotlight it deserves," said host Issa Litton in her opening remarks. "This isn't just a launch—it's a celebration of shared values, craft, and the joy of great food."
Guests were welcomed by Discovery Primea general manager David Pardo Ayala, who emphasized the natural fit between Canada Beef and Flame.
