Good corporate governance is about doing what's right, and doing it well.

The Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) champions this ideal by offering customized learning sessions that bring governance to life through engaging lectures, case studies, and hands-on activities.

Each session is led by ICD Fellows — seasoned professionals and board directors known for their extensive expertise and leadership experience.

ICD remains the only institution in the Philippines accredited by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Insurance Commission (IC), Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), Governance Commission for GOCCs (GCG), and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as an official corporate governance training body.

This November, the organization continues to empower leaders through its flagship course — the Professional Directors Program (PDP), an in-depth training program for both current and aspiring directors.
