DSWD, DepEd get top ratings in OCTA poll

The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) received the highest satisfaction rating while the Department of Education (DepEd) emerged as the most trusted among government agencies included in a Tugon ng Masa survey conducted by the OCTA Research group.
Results of the non-commissioned survey conducted from Dec. 10 to 14 found that 86 percent of the respondents were satisfied with DSWD's performance.
Only three percent were dissatisfied with the agency, while 12 percent were undecided.
Following DSWD were the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) with 82 percent, DepEd with 81 percent, Department of Health (DOH) with 78 percent and Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) with 76 percent.
In terms of trust, DepEd received the highest rating with 84 percent.
