A celebratory milestone: Anko opens its fifth store to cap a successful first year

Property Report Philippines attended the celebratory opening of Anko’s fifth store at Ayala Malls Feliz in Pasig City, marking an important close to the Australian lifestyle brand’s first year in the Philippines.

The 1,570-sqm store features Anko’s signature magenta interiors and a full range of home décor, kitchenware, linens, beauty items, craft materials, toys, and pet essentials—expanding the brand’s reach in the eastern side of Metro Manila.

A highlight of the event was Anko’s “leadership clap,” a team tradition where store members run through the entrance as leaders applaud them. The practice reflects the company’s emphasis on teamwork and recognition, and sets the tone for the day’s opening activities.
