Mission Vatsalya rolls out manual for community-based child protection mechanism

Mission Vatsalya of the J&K Social Welfare Department on Monday rolled out a manual for village and block-level child welfare committees to strengthen community-based child protection across the Union Territory.
The manual, developed with support from UNICEF India, Central University of Jammu and the National Development Foundation, was unveiled by Mission Director Nazim Zai Khan at a dissemination ceremony in Jammu.
