Dimple leads protest demanding NLU for Jammu

Jammu Tawi: Mission Statehood president Sunil Dimple on Monday led a strong protest rally on Janipur High Court Road, demanding the opening of a National Law University (NLU) in the Jammu region, in addition to proposed institutions in Kashmir and Ladakh.
A large number of youths from Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh jointly participated in the protest, calling for the establishment of three separate law universities to ensure regional balance in legal education. Addressing the protesters, Dimple warned that the agitation would intensify and spread to schools, colleges and universities if the demand was not met.
