AN all-party meeting organised by activists and politicians in Tindivanam on Sunday passed a unanimous resolution demanding the immediate arrest of those accused in the humiliation of a municipal employee.
The meeting was attended by representatives of Congress, CPI, DMK allies, Tamil Nadu BSP, and several other political parties. Leaders condemned the incident in which K Muniyappan, a junior assistant at Tindivanam municipality, was allegedly forced to prostrate and beg for pardon inside the municipal office.
