FORMER Union minister and ex-JD(U) president Ram Chandra Prasad Singh, popularly RCP Singh, on Sunday formally merged his newly-floated Aap Sabki Aawaz (ASA) party with Prashant Kishor's Jan Suraaj Party, ahead of the Bihar assembly polls slated to be held in October-November.

Welcoming Singh on the occasion, strategist-turned-activist Kishor said both parties will work together for the betterment of Bihar. They also reiterated their resolve not to compromise on three core issues — 'Crime, Corruption and Communalism' — which were once Nitish Kumar's primary political promises.
