The Prakasam police have reissued a notice to former AP CID DIG M Sunil Kumar Nayak, currently serving in Bihar, directing him to appear for an inquiry at the SP office in Ongole on March 14 regarding the custodial torture case of Deputy Speaker K Raghu Ramakrishna Raju.
Despite receiving an earlier notice for March 3, Nayak failed to appear. SP AR Damodar warned that if he cannot attend on March 1
