Head Constable Telukula Rama Rao of Itchapuram police station has been tirelessly serving the poor and orphaned for years, showcasing extraordinary compassion and dedication.
Born in Bellupatiya village in Mandasa mandal, Rama Rao initially missed out on a government teaching post in 1998 but found a new calling in the police department. Despite his official duties, he has taken it upon himself to perform last rites for unclaimed and orphaned dead bodies, spending his own money to ensure they receive a dignified farewell.
