Caste census likely to trigger polarisation

THE Socio-Economic Educational Survey (SES-2015) report, known as the caste census, which was accepted by the Siddaramaiah cabinet on Friday, is likely to lead to political polarisation as the two dominant communities in the state are showing all signs of rejecting it bluntly.
