Pattambi Railway Station Development to be Included in Budget Discussion

PALAKKAD MP V K Sreekandan said the development of Pattambi railway station will be taken up in the upcoming budget discussion.
The MP visited the station on Sunday morning to assess the ongoing development work and to interact with the local public.
Plea for inclusion in Amrit Bharat scheme
Sreekandan highlighted that MPs can recommend two railway stations each year for inclusion in the central government's Amrit Bharat Station Scheme.
"Last year, I recommended Shoranur and Ottapalam stations, and infrastructure development worth over Rs 30 crore is currently in progress at these locations. Next year, I will strongly advocate for Pattambi railway station's inclusion in the project," he assured.
