EXCISE Minister M B Rajesh on Sunday said the growing issue of drug abuse must be dealt with an iron fist, emphasizing the necessity of stringent measures to combat the menace.

Speaking at the inaugural ceremony of a new building at Anakkara Government Higher Secondary School in Thrithala constituency, he urged society to remain vigilant against the rising threat of substance abuse.
