"This was something I carried with me for two years," he says. "Because it's not just one story. It's all around us."

- Vinayak S Kumar

To bring the track to life visually, he teamed up with Vinayak S Kumar, an independent filmmaker and storyteller who has assisted on feature films like Kappela (2020) and Priyan Ottathilaanu (2022), and has worked alongside director Martin Prakkat on ad films.

The track blends the sharp, fast-paced rhymes of rapper Tasi, with the soft, bittersweet lines sung by Shweta Mullath Pramod, who also wrote the lyrical portions.

Their words are raw, familiar. Together, they brought out Parkaan Idamille with a keep-it-simple approach — "no flashy production, no overdone setups".
