INDUSTRIAL production increased to a seven-month high of 5.2% year-on-year in November 2024 as compared to 3.7% in October, thanks largely to a low-base effect.
INDUSTRIAL production increased to a seven-month high of 5.2% year-on-year in November 2024 as compared to 3.7% in October, thanks largely to a low-base effect. In November 2023, industrial production has risen by a moderate 2.5%.
Production by the mining sector in November grew at 1.9% y-o-y compared to 0.9% in October. Manufacturing sector posted output growth of 5.8% in November against 4.4% in October. Electricity generation grew by 4.4% year-on-year compared to 2% in October.
