J'khand IAS Officer Held in Liquor Scam Case

AFTER nearly six hours of interrogation, the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Tuesday arrested senior IAS officer Vinay Kumar Chaubey in a money laundering case linked to the alleged excise scam in Jharkhand.
He was produced before the court of ACB special judge Yogesh Kumar, who sent the officer to judicial custody till June 3. Joint excise commissioner Gajendra Singh has also been arrested in this case.
