CHENNAI-based Sify Infinit Spaces Limited, a data center co-location services provider, has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) for ₹3,700 crore initial public offer (IPO).
