Surveyors not visiting all houses, says Dalit leader

STATE general secretary of the Dalit Praja Sene P Manjunath on Sunday said that the ongoing survey work for providing internal reservation is not being conducted in a scientific way, as enumerators are not reaching every doorstep.
Speaking to media persons in the city, he said the internal reservation enumeration work is a good move of the state government but it will be meaningful if it is completed in a proper manner and the enumerators reach every doorstep.
However, in the present circumstances, the enumerators are not reaching the doorstep, instead they are gathering information from leaders in the locality and then filling the questionnaire. This will not provide the exact numbers.
