BUSINESSMAN Robert Vadra, husband of Congress MP Priyanka Gandhi, on Monday appeared before the Enforcement Directorate and recorded his statement under provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) in connection with a case involving UK-based arms consultant Sanjay Bhandari, officials said.
