KRISHNASWAMY Kasturirangan, former chairman of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), is no more. Starting as an X-ray astronomer, while growing up in positions, his scholastic services and accomplishments in the fields of science, technology, and education have left an indelible mark.
