SC Verdict on MUDA Shows Justice Delivered

In the wake of the Supreme Court dismissing the ED's petition against Chief Minister Siddaramaiah's wife, Parvathi, and himself - MLA Yathindra said that justice has prevailed against the politically motivated inquiry.
Yathindra reiterated that his mother Parvathi was dragged into the alleged MUDA site scam for political reasons. But now, having won the battle in court, his mother is relieved as she was deeply hurt and disturbed by the developments surrounding the MUDA scam.
Clarifying that the question of money laundering does not arise, he stressed that bringing this case under the money laundering act had deeply hurt his mother.
