Groups Welcome Congress Move to Monitor Elections

A S Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge constituted an Empowered Action Group of Leaders and Experts -- EAGLE -- to monitor elections by the Election Commission of India, many civil society groups have welcomed the decision.
