IN order to prevent any untoward incident and to foster a good atmosphere, former mayor Purushothama said individuals who had consumed alcohol or cigarettes will not be allowed to participate in the procession which will be held as part of the 134th birth anniversary of Dr BR Ambedkar on April 14.

Speaking to media persons here on Wednesday, Purushothama said that Adi Karnataka Maha Samsthe, Dodda Garadi Sangha, Chikka Garadi Sangha and various organisations from Ashokapuram along with the district administration are celebrating the birth anniversary of Dr BR Ambedkar in Mysuru city.
