CHIEF Minister Siddaramaiah will inaugurate the Bahu Samskruthi Utsava, a multicultural festival, on January 17 at Kudmul Ranga Rao Town Hall, Mangaluru, marking the golden jubilee of renaming Mysore State to Karnataka.
The event, which was originally scheduled for December 3rd and 4th, was postponed due to overcast conditions in view of Cyclone Fengal.
