After Cong panel, a BJP panel is set to land in dist for a similar exercise
THE political mudslinging over a series of murders in Dakshina Kannada seems to be far from over as both the ruling Congress and Opposition BJP are in no mood to let the things settle. Political leaders from both the sides are making a beeline for the district to set narratives and counter narratives in the backdrop of current situation in order to reap political dividends.
After a Congress delegation led by Rajya Sabha MP Syed Nasir Hussain visited the district to study the reasons and find solutions for the unrest in the region, a BJP panel led by its president B Y Vijayendra is set to land in the district today for a similar exercise.
