Affiliation renewal process is entirely online, and to qualify, everyone must meet the criteria
ONLY 11 out of 350 private and aided schools in Dakshina Kannada have secured a 10-year affiliation renewal from the Department of Public Instruction this year. The remaining schools have been granted just one-year temporary affiliation, having failed to meet the stringent documentation and regulatory requirements.
The issue sparked a heated debate during the Karnataka Development Programme (KDP) meeting held in Mangaluru on Monday, chaired by District In-Charge Minister Dinesh Gundu Rao.
