- EXPRESS NEWS SERVICE @Mangaluru

SULLIA BJP MLA Bhagirathi Murulya on Sunday said Suhas Shetty who was brutally murdered a few days ago worked for the cause of Hindutva and he is being wrongly portrayed as a rowdy sheeter.

Addressing a press conference here, Murulya said, "Suhas Shetty was a Hindutva activist, but he is being portrayed as a Goonda. Many politicians like Deputy Chief Minister D K Shivakumar, Home Minister G Parameshwara are facing cases. Can we call them rowdy sheeters?" she questioned.

However, to a media query that the rowdysheet was invoked against Suhas when the BJP government was in power and R Ashok was the home minister, she refused to react.
