ANITA Anand, the Indian-origin Member of Parliament of the Liberal Party and Transport Minister, has decided not to run for the position in Canada's prime ministerial race.
ANITA Anand, the Indian-origin Member of Parliament of the Liberal Party and Transport Minister, has decided not to run for the position in Canada's prime ministerial race. The minister announced that she will not seek re-election as an MP and will return to her previous profession.
Foreign Minister Melanie Joly and Finance Minister Dominic LeBlanc have also decided to quit the PM race.
