Hospital Faces Water Shortage as Borewells Run Dry

PATIENTS and attenders complain about acute water shortage in the Dindigul Medical College Hospital.
The hospital has four blocks and patients say the problem is severe at night as taps turn dry and they are put to hardship. Hospital authorities said this was a temporary issue as three out of the six borewells have run dry and they have made arrangements to source water from the city corporation.
