THE Right to Information (RTI) is a fundamental right of every citizen, not a privilege, State Information Commissioner Adv T K Ramakrishnan has said. He was speaking at the inaugural session of an RTI law seminar organised by the State Information Commission in association with the district administration, as part of the initiative to declare the Kozhikode Collectorate an RTI-friendly office.
